What payment methods does Multicare offer?

At Multicare, payment is made exclusively by invoice.

How does payment by invoice work?

After the goods have been shipped, you will receive your invoice by email or together with the delivery. The invoice amount must be paid within the period stated on the invoice.

When do I have to pay my invoice?

The payment deadline is stated on the invoice. Please transfer the amount on time, quoting the invoice number.

Who can I contact if I have questions about my invoice?

Will I receive an invoice showing VAT separately?

Yes. You will receive a proper invoice with statutory VAT shown separately.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Are Multicare gloves packaged hygienically for shipping?

Yes. All Multicare gloves are packaged in a clean, hygienic and transport-safe manner to ensure product integrity during delivery.

Does Multicare also deliver internationally?

Yes. Multicare ships to selected European countries. Available destinations and shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

What should I do if my delivery arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately and send us photos of the damaged goods as well as the packaging, including your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Which certifications do Multicare Feel & Multicare Flex have?

Both gloves have a medical approval from the IFA, are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and comply with EN 1186 for direct food contact.

What is the difference between Multicare Feel and Multicare Flex?

The Multicare Feel is especially recommended for delicate tasks and offers a high level of tactile sensitivity. The Multicare Flex is designed to be more robust and is suitable for applications requiring greater mechanical durability.

What should I consider when purchasing gloves?

Make sure to choose the correct size. The glove should fit like a second skin to ensure optimal ergonomics and unrestricted finger mobility.

How long can I wear the gloves?

The gloves can be worn as long as they are undamaged. Therefore, please check them before each use, for example after washing, for any signs of damage.

What should I do if I have skin damage?

As our gloves are manufactured without harmful substances, plasticizers or pesticides, they can help support existing skin conditions and reduce the risk of further skin issues. In addition, the breathable materials help reduce excessive sweating, providing additional protection for the skin.

How often can the gloves be washed?

Feedback from practical use shows that the gloves have withstood up to 28 washing cycles over a period of five months. However, actual washability depends on the type of work and the level of wear.

I work in a supermarket – do I need to change gloves between different work areas?

No, this is neither necessary nor intended. The glove is approved for direct food contact and is touchscreen-compatible, allowing it to be worn continuously and making daily work easier.
